Version 1.8.8
Discover new functionalities and improvements introduced in this version.
New Functionality
A brand-new guided tour is now available to help you explore the platform step by step. This interactive journey walks you through each key stage — from sending a document to creating templates — making it easier to get started and helping you become autonomous more quickly.
It is now possible to synchronize signature steps across multiple documents within the same folder. In practice, this means that Step 1 must be completed on all relevant documents before Step 2 becomes accessible. This improvement allows for smoother management of folders containing multiple documents — whereas previously, steps had to be completed one document at a time.
By default, synchronization is not enabled and must be activated by folder type.
It is now possible to download all signed documents from the same eZsign file in a single PDF. This feature, available for reference purposes only, allows you to generate a unified working document that is easier to consult.
Important: The generated file is not a legally valid signed version, as merging the documents alters their original content and invalidates the electronic signatures. An optional watermark can be added to clearly indicate this.
Legally signed documents must always be stored separately, exactly as they were originally produced and signed.

Good news: when you request an attachment from your signers, it can now be received directly by email along with the signed document. Previously, these files had to be retrieved from the eZsign platform.
Please note that this option is disabled by default and must be activated per file type.

Improvement
You can now use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + Z to undo your last action and Ctrl + Y to redo it. These new Undo/Redo functions make it easier to edit your documents by allowing you to quickly correct any unintended changes.
These features are not available in all accounts. Please contact us for more information.
