Discover a new functionality and a few improvements introduced in this version.

New Functionality

  • COPYING A FOLDER TYPE

Streamline your work by creating a new folder type based on an existing one. This update lets you duplicate a folder type while keeping its settings and features. All that’s left is to rename it and adjust it to suit your needs.

Improvements

  • DISABLING AUTOMATIC INCLUSION AS AN INTERNAL SIGNATORY

You can now choose not to be automatically included in the list of signatories when creating new folders. If this option is disabled, you will not be added by default as a signatory.

  • REMOVING AN AUTO-GENERATED DATE

It is now possible to easily remove the automatically generated date when adding a signature field. To do so, simply select the dotted box containing the date, then drag it outside the document. It will be removed instantly.
