Customer Service Advisor & Training and Integration Specialist (Bilingual)

Annual Salary: $60K–$70K, depending on experience

eZmax and eZsign are technology solutions designed to meet the needs of Canadian real estate professionals in accounting, transaction management, document management, and electronic signatures. To continue providing high-quality customer service, we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor & Training and Integration Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in customer integration and training while ensuring exceptional service and overseeing large-scale implementation projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation Planning: Align customer requirements and prepare new solution implementations
• Integration Coordination: Oversee the onboarding of new clients, plan installation processes, and set realistic timelines
• Training & Support: Lead virtual training sessions and support clients during the integration of eZmax and eZsign products
• Exceptional Customer Service: Professionally address client inquiries and ensure ongoing satisfaction
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and sales teams to deliver top-tier customer service
• Client Expectation Management: Identify customer needs, resolve complex issues, and maintain smooth communication with internal teams
• Conflict Resolution & Change Management: Manage conflicts, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive retention during transition periods

REQUIRED PROFILE

• College diploma in teaching, administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or training/integration for technology solutions
• Experience with SaaS solutions (highly valued)
• Fluent in French and English (oral & written) – essential skill
• Tech-savvy with strong adaptability to new software and applications
• Based in Canada and able to work remotely
• Strong interest in technology, organizational efficiency, process optimization, and electronic signature solutions
