Save time with our brand-new improvement: a unified form & signature process! Your signatories can now complete a form and sign the document in a single submission — no more multiple steps!
What’s new? Previously, all signers had to finish filling out their form fields before anyone could sign. Now, each signer can complete, process, and sign right away. The result: less waiting, fewer follow-ups, and a smoother signing process!
All your in-progress (unsent) documents, as well as your templates, already benefit from this improvement.
Process Prior to the Update
Before the update, the completion and signing process for multiple signers occurred in two distinct stages. Each signer first had to fill out the form fields, then wait for the other signers to complete their responses before being able to apply their signature.
Form and Signature Fields Merge
Thanks to the fields merge, the completion and signing process is now significantly simplified. Each signer can now fill out the form fields assigned to them and proceed immediately to signing, without having to wait for the other signers to complete their own fields.
